Accounts
Provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use only accounts you are authorized to use. Trainers must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. A parent or guardian must manage use by a minor when required. You are responsible for activity under your account.
The SessionGo platform
SessionGo provides scheduling, booking pages, client management, messaging, waivers, packages, analytics, and AI-assisted tools. Trainers—not SessionGo—provide the training or coaching services, determine availability, prices, refund and cancellation rules, and are responsible for their clients and business obligations.
Bookings, payments, and refunds
A booking is subject to the trainer’s availability and policies. Stripe processes client payments for participating trainers. Trainers are responsible for refunds, cancellations, taxes, disputes, and services delivered, except where law or a payment provider requires otherwise. SessionGo does not guarantee that a trainer or client will complete a transaction.
Trial and subscriptions
Each eligible new trainer account receives one automatic 14-day SessionGo trial with access to the full app and AI assistant. No payment method or subscription is required to start this trial, and it does not automatically convert into a paid plan. When the trial ends, the trainer must choose SessionGo Core or SessionGo AI to continue. These are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat. Core includes SessionGo’s manual business tools; AI includes those tools plus the AI assistant. Prices and terms are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple at least 24 hours before renewal. Deleting a SessionGo account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription.
Waivers and health information
Templates are operational tools and are not legal or medical advice. Trainers are responsible for choosing suitable waiver language and obtaining any required consent. Users should not rely on SessionGo for diagnosis, treatment, emergency services, or professional legal advice.
AI assistant
AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. Review the preview, names, dates, prices, recipients, and other details before approval. You remain responsible for approved actions and communications. Do not use the assistant for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, unsafe, or emergency purposes.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, access another user’s data without permission, upload unlawful or infringing content, send spam, introduce malicious code, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, interfere with security, or use SessionGo to cause harm. We may restrict access to protect users or the platform.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SessionGo a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload.
Availability and changes
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Features may be added, removed, or limited. We may suspend or end access for violations, security risks, nonpayment, or legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SessionGo is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. SessionGo is not responsible for training services, injuries, trainer-client disputes, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using SessionGo and request account deletion in the app. We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or signed-waiver purposes. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Apple terms and contact
For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement applies in addition to these terms. Apple is not responsible for SessionGo support. Questions can be sent to support@sessiongo.app.
