PRIVACY POLICY

Privacy, in plain language.

This policy explains how SessionGo handles information when trainers, coaches, athletes, parents, and other clients use the app and its booking pages.

Effective July 28, 2026

Information we collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, account type, profile and business details, services, schedules, locations, photos or videos, booking questions, training goals, notes, injury or readiness information, messages, waiver content and signatures, and support requests. We also process booking history, package credits, payment status, subscription status, and basic technical information needed to operate and protect the service. SessionGo does not receive or store full payment-card or bank-account numbers.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate accounts; publish trainer booking pages; create, manage, reschedule, and cancel appointments; manage clients, packages, waivers, reminders, and messages; process payments and subscriptions; operate the AI assistant; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; diagnose errors; and comply with law.

AI assistant

When a trainer uses the AI assistant, the request and relevant business context may be sent to OpenAI to understand the request and prepare an action. SessionGo shows a preview before supported business changes are applied. Do not enter information that is not needed for the requested task.

Service providers

We use service providers to run SessionGo, including Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and server functions; OpenAI for AI request processing; Stripe for trainer payment accounts and client checkout; RevenueCat and Apple for app subscriptions; and Resend for transactional email. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell personal information or use it for cross-app advertising.

Trainer and client responsibilities

Trainers control the business records they collect from their clients and decide which booking questions, waivers, messages, and payment options to use. Clients should contact their trainer about trainer-specific records or policies. SessionGo processes those records to provide the service.

Retention

We keep information while an account is active and as needed to provide the service. After deletion, we delete or de-identify account data unless retention is reasonably necessary for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, payment, or signed-waiver obligations. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being overwritten.

Security

We use account authentication, encrypted network connections, access controls, and database row-level security. No system can guarantee absolute security, so users should protect their credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update many details in the app, manage Apple subscriptions, and request export, correction, or deletion by contacting us. Account deletion can be started inside SessionGo under Account > Legal & Privacy. Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights.

Children

SessionGo is designed for trainers and their clients. A parent or legal guardian should provide and manage information for a minor when required. SessionGo is not directed to children under 13 acting independently.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a new effective date. Privacy questions can be sent to privacy@sessiongo.app.
